We sure hope not, because the one thing we can tell you is that earlier you start and implement the planning process, the more money you'll see at the time of sale. Period.
If you do anything this year, let it be to plan and begin executing on your 5-year succession plan, EVEN IF YOU DON'T PLAN TO SELL IN THAT TIME! Again, the earlier you get started, the better.
