How to Motivate and Measure Your Sales Team presented by Keith Eades

    June 2011

Please join us for our June Impact Seminar on How to Measure and Motivate Your Sales Team.  Founder and CEO of Sales Performance International, Inc. (SPI), Keith Eades, will present ideas and ways to help leaders measure your sales team and encourage them to love what they do and keep selling.  We will also have a real world example from one of our clients on how they have grown 10X in value with their compensation system.

How many of us would say we have an effective sales force?  How many of us have the sales we want or think we should earn based on our quality of services and products?  And how many of us loathe managing our sales forces and / or are tired of hearing ‘it’s the economy.’  You do not want to miss this presentation.

Join the Boatsman Gillmore team on Wednesday, June 15th, 2011 for this unique presentation by responding to Megan Paton (mpaton@trustbgw.com) to reserve your seat today.  The presentation will begin promptly at 11:30am and wrap up around 1pm.  Lunch will be provided.

Location: Charlotte Office of Boatsman Gillmore PLLC, 1435 West Morehead Street, Suite 120, Charlotte, NC 28208
