An additional $450 billion stimulus deal providing money for small businesses, hospitals, and coronavirus testing is expected to go before a vote today where it will reportedly win Senate approval. The White House is said to have agreed to reserve some of the money for small businesses in rural areas and "mom and pop" stores.
