Adam Boatsman, a partner with Charlotte-based BGW CPA, PLLC announced the firm has acquired the Hendersonville-based accounting firm Todd A. Webb, CPA, P.C. and will incorporate the organization into the firm’s Western North Carolina division. The acquisition coincides with the BGW CPA, PLLC’s continued expansion into the mid-size manufacturing, hospitality and craft brewing sectors and the relocation of Todd Webb and his family to Florida.
BGW CPA, PLLC will operate out of the former firm’s offices in downtown Hendersonville as well as maintaining its presence in Asheville. Additionally, the entire team at the Webb practice will join new firm.
